WILL I NOTICE A DIFFERENCE INSIDE MY HOME?Many homeowners notice fresher air and reduced odours after installing the ExtractiNator system. I myself live in a 1910 federation home, visitors noticed a musty smell so I installed the system years ago. I had failed to noticed the conditions becoming worse as I was exposed for so long. The damp smell has gone as with my respiratory issues.
DOES THE EXTRACTINATOR ELIMINATE MOULD?ExtractiNator™ improves subfloor airflow and helps reduce the conditions that contribute to mould growth. Mould can’t survive without higher moisture levels.
HOW MANY FANS ARE INCLUDED.. AND WHY?Fan output is most commonly measured in CFM. This is the cubic feet per minute of air is moved. The ExtractiNator uses four fans to gain more flow to more areas. Six suction points direct to outside and the other fan is used to disturb the air in dead spots by directing a flow towards them.
Four high powered torquey fans generate over 1200 cfm. In an average 4 bedroom home thats more than enough and many changes of subfloor air per hour.

CAN I ADJUST THE FAN SPEEDS FOR NOISE AND HIGHER POWER?This is what sets us apart from most designs. The ExtractiNator™ Intelligent Control Centre allows you to adjust airflow and volume by using a simple rotary dial and the Centre in an accesible area.
HOW MUCH ELECTRICITY DOES THE EXTRACTINATOR CONSUME PER YEAR?A BIG FAT ZERO
IS THE SYSTEM NOISY?We thought of that! The (brushless dual ball bearing) fans on maximum speed generate some serious air movement. Air movement creates noise, its unavoidable. By adjusting speeds it can be adjusted to your personal preferance.
HOW DIFFICULT IS THE SYSTEM TO INSTALL?It’s been designed to be easily installed and serviced. All terminals are clearly labelled and the kit has everything you need .. even the correct screwdriver. Unfortunately no hammer or ladder provided. It’s all 24v dc power so not electrician required, and no shocks.
